Order, Shipping and Payment Info

How to order:

1) Send us an email with your a) name b) contact information c) mailing address, d) item and e) quantity required
2) Specify delivery information (if different from mailing address)
3) Specify delivery mode
4) Gift wrapping available upon request
5) Customization available upon request
6) Inc. Weddings will send a confirmation email stating our acknowledgement of your order, with payment details and instruction
7) Inc. Weddings will send an acknowledgement of receipt of payment, so do inform us once you have made the payment

Shipping and Payment:

Local customers:
1) Direct bank transfer (POSB/DBS)
2) Paypal
3) Local or registered mail available, subject to postage charges (SGD$1.00 and SGD$3.00 respectively)
4) Delivery (see standard charges under "Cakes, cupcakes and other bakes")
5) Self collection

International customers:
1) Direct wire transfer
2) Paypal
3) Shipping varies from state/country
4) Related bank charges and/or shipping charges payable by customer

Cupcakes
Price starts from SGD$0.90 for petits, from SGD$2.40 for minis, from SGD$2.80 for standard and from SGD$3.50 for big and/or premium cuppies
Please note that pricing will be based on choice of toppers (subject to availability) and may vary accordingly

Frosting
Chocolate ganache - choice of semi-sweet dark or white chocolate

Minimum order
25pcs per flavor (minis, standards, big)
50pcs per flavor for petits

Packaging
Orders come packed in standard white cake box. Single and/or special gift pack are available at additional charges

Chocolate treats
White/Dark chocolate Rice Crispies, Rocky Road, Strawberry Surprise Treats, Oatmeal Crunch, Crunchy Squares (CS) and Chocolate lollies (CL)

Price
SGD$5.90/grams for CS, from SGD$1.20/ea (minimum order of 20pcs required) for CL and the rest from SGD$18.00/per 50pcs bottle

Cookies
Jumbo very-chocolatey chocolate chip cookies and other traditional, seasonal favorites

Minimum order
Chocolate chip cookies are priced from SGD$1.20/ea, minimum order of 2 dozens and seasonal favorites from SGD$16.00/bottle of 50pcs

Delivery and collection:

1) Delivery charge of SGD$15.00 for Woodlands/Sembawang/Yishun. All other areas, SGD$35.00. Charges per location.
2) Self collection of cakes, cupcakes and cookies at Woodlands Circle only (Meet-ups at MRT stations is not available)

Please allow at least 7 days notice for orders.
At least 4 weeks notice for fruit cake orders.
Payment must be made within 3 working days of confirmation email.
Inc. Weddings will only bake, mail and/or ship order(s)upon receipt of payment.
There will be no refund of deposit and/or payment in case of any cancellation.
Inc. Weddings will not be liable for any loss or damaged item(s) during shipping.
