All for a good cause

We are in love with these beautiful silk sashes from The White Aisle. Each of these silk dress sashes were handmade and sewn using hand loom Khmer silk by Cambodian girls, who are trying to move their lives forward after being victims of sex trafficking. This project by the good people at The White Aisle also empower these girls with a new skill. What's even more wonderful is, 100% of the profits go back to the girls that are making these products so that they may have a salary and the skills to move forward and make a better life for themselves.

Kudos to The White Aisle and be sure to check out their gorgeous silk flowers and ring pillows too!

"9 months"

Oh heart, if one should say to you that the soul perishes like the body, answer that the flower withers, but the seed remains.

Good things

These beautiful petits fours from Dragonfly Cakes would make such wonderful favors for any wedding reception or showers. Available in six different flavors, the petits fours are made with three layers of moist vanilla cake, filled with velvety butter cream. "A layer of jam accents and balances the fruit flavors, while dark chocolate ganache enriches the flavor of the chocolate cake. All of the cakes are finished with a thin layer of marzipan and a smooth coat of chocolate draping." Hmm.. yummy.

Dragonfly Cakes is located in Sausalito, California and they ship throughout the US.
